Ayo is a package full of surprises. Most people don’t know this, but Ayo was formerly in a band as a Lead Guitarist. He’s a very quiet person, until it has to do with money.
AY as he’s fondly called is a sound accountant with lots of experience in the field. As a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he has the ability to see the growth of any establishment.

Toheeb likes having thoughtful conversations and absolutely hates closed doors. A fine mind and competitive soul, who takes pride in all he does, whether it’s playing foosball or solving brand problems.
Toheeb is an alumnus of Cambridge Judge Business School and Orange Academy, where he currently also tutors the next generation of brand-builders. He is a well-grounded and award-winning brand communication expert and creative leader when it comes to delivering both strategy and creativity.
Manager, Art
Allwell is a big believer in principles and hardwork. He never does anything plainly, even when it’s what is required of him.
As a conceptual thinker and experienced art director who has a knack for visual storytelling and problem-solving, Allwell has added value to several national and international brands in the B2B, B2C, retail and FMCG categories. His creative mission has always been to combine strategy, design and technology to create smarter brands, fit for the global stage.
Senior Executive, Copy
The real Mascot of The Agency, JP takes the tag “hookr” too seriously. When he is not too busy being a creative coconut head, he divides his free time between writing short films, building an online community of creatives (Creatives Bloc), and rehearsing his only three dance routines.
JP is a tenacious artist and wordsmith.Tough enough to create bold marketing concepts, radical enough to generate award-winning ideas, and well-known for his eagerness to follow and, on occasion, create trends.
Co-Founder, Business Evolution Director
Don’t be fooled by his sagely aura and fatherly demeanour. At heart, Wale is younger than the youngest. The sweetheart of all Gen Zs here at The Hook.
As a Business Evolution director, he works with brands to uncover, design and communicate their purpose. He has a strong track-record as a production enthusiast, who, in his former life, ran a South Africa-based content production company, churning out compelling commercials and documentaries across Africa.

For all his daily drip, Sam could pass for a fashion model. A literal piece of art who wears his confidence with his full chest. When he’s not securing the bag, Sam spends his free time watching sports or dishing out L’s to all who dare challenge him on FIFA.
An alumnus of SAE Institute, Cape Town and Cambridge Judge Business School, Sam is an exceptional leader, empath, visionary, and an excellent creative with platinum experience in corporate communications across various industries. He currently leads The Hook and is responsible for driving the agency’s ongoing growth and expansion efforts into other emerging markets in Africa, including the United Kingdom.

Kere can be described as a thuggish nerd. By his definition, copywriting is the art of Marketing Seduction (whatever that means).
If he wasn’t pursuing a career in copywriting, Kere would have loved to make a name as a rapper or model.

Oreva is an inquisitive and resilient writer with a knack for spinning tales. She takes on tasks with great enthusiasm and a hunger to be more.
When she’s not overthinking briefs, she’s writing short stories, seeing movies, overfeeding herself or fantasizing about her next meal. She’s a happy soul who sees the good in everyone until they mix up her food order. She would love to travel the world tasting various cuisines and documenting them as she goes.

Rukkie is an adventurous and smart lady, who is currently diving into the world of People Management and totally loving it!
A fit-fam enthusiast who can’t even drop her plate to hit the gym. With hopes to become an Odogwu’s wife, we all know that the only reason why Rukkie bothers to work is because she hasn’t found him yet.

Life of the party when she wants to be, Ladun is a true maestro when it comes to facial art. If she wasn’t managing brands, she would definitely be into face arts.
Ladun is a fast-rising Brand Manager who harnesses her sponge nature when it comes taking in enough knowledge about brand message and client needs.

If you are ever in need of a guide to life, all you have to do is follow Bayo’s lead. He seems to have found the hack to this life thing. His knack for adventure is what makes him great at what he does.
Bayo has served as juror at major international ad festivals like the NY Ad Festivals and has worked with some of Nigeria’s most prestigious advertising agencies, crafting viral campaigns and cracking innovative ways to tell the stories of A-list brands at home and abroad, while executing independent social impact projects as an established documentary photographer and multimedia artist.
